We have a similar incident in Kansas City, Kansas USA. A woman who has a 5 yr old male dog, Fleas, has always thought she owned a sharpei/boxer mix, as determined by her vet. Recently the dogowner had all her dogs confiscated by AC. Her son’s Dob erman and her Lab both had 5 wk old puppies that supposedly were fathered by Fleas, the male dog. AC declared Fleas a pit bull and decided he fathered both litters. Since AC determined the supposed father was a pit bull all the puppies were deemed pit bulls. All the puppies have been killed along with the labrador momma dog. Only Fleas and the Doberman were able to get out of the city pound. But Fleas the supposed PB had to be signed over to a friend outside of the city. The dogowner now faces charges of being in possession of 20 pit bulls in a city with a PB ban. Say prayers for Apryle, her day in court is coming up June 28th.

This is a political game with people and dogs’ lives as the pieces. I smell the AG’s office all over this. Since their “pit bull” ban got the legs knocked out from under it, they’re looking for sleazy ways to kill dogs of the “wrong” shape.
This is beyond bad faith. This is beyond misappropriation of taxpayer money. This is evil.
