The MPPs should try growing spines. Their bosses are the taxpayers, NOT Dalton McGuinty.

MP's and MPP's are almost always the product of their own demise and rightly so. They are elected in their ridings by gaining the trust of the people in their ridings. Then for the most part do everything they can to ignore those voters and pledge their loyalty to the leader of their party. This in the hopes of becoming a minister.
At election time they once again ask the people to trust them and very often they do basing their decision the premise that this person is either the lesser evil of the other candidates or this is the one they know. Sooner or later the voter decides enough is enough and decides to move on voting in the other party and the cycle continues.
