Kudos to Nackawic! No more BSL!

Congratulations to Nackawic town council for listening to your dog owners! There are plenty of other places in this country that could learn a thing or two from you. We should also acknowledge the determined efforts of Dr. Mary Ann Bramstrup whose strong reaction to the town’s breed-specific bylaw had a significant impact.
To summarize, Nackawic town council completed its third and final reading of a new non-breed-specific bylaw to replace one that targeted “pit bull terriers and Rottweilers”.
